12/30/23 Day 91, Northshore, Handball Saturday, visiting Friends and the Girl

7:00 a.m. I woke up at the girl’s apartment. She and I spend some time talking together.

8:00 a.m. The Girl’s son wakes up and we start the day. The girl’s son is a ball of energy, running around. I get ready to head out and play handball.

8:45 a.m. I say my goodbyes and I drive to LA fitness in Saugus to play handball. I don’t have my sneakers so I play a few games with the guys in boots. I never end up playing a full game of doubles because I’m just not geared up for it. It was the first day that my friend Billy came to play handball with us and he broke his finger swinging at the ball and hitting the wall.

12:30 p.m. I drive Mark home to Lynn and I get a burrito at tacos lupita’s. There’s a Saab for sale that a guy has left sitting for the last 3 years. The price drop came through my Facebook marketplace, I’m interested in the vehicle for the girl. I know if I can get this thing started and it runs without any major issues I could probably buy the vehicle for between $500 and $800. The owner of the Saab sends me his address and I go to his house to see if I can start the car. I do everything I can to turn it over, I jump it, I even try to jump the starter. The car won’t crank. I don’t know exactly what’s wrong with it but it’s more trouble than it’s worth. I’ve been talking to a friend via messenger AJ most the day. I drove over to his place in Peabody. We spent some time talking about pastimes, relationship issues, and other things.

5:15 p.m. I text the girl and she tells me she’s home, so I drive to the supermarket to pick up some brownies and cookies and sweets and things that she likes to eat. When I arrive I cook dinner, and we spend a relaxing night together.
