I woke up at my girlfriend’s apartment around 7:30 a.m. and then I headed off to work around 8:30 a.m.
I arrived at work around 9:00 a.m. I’ve been trying to find a replacement for my position. I had a few good candidates but they all fell through. I feel bad leaving my company without somebody to fill my role. Regardless, I have made a commitment to myself to do what is best in my own life first and from there take care of others.
I spent the day walking around Lawrence and talking to the clients that I saw on the street. I saw my client Michelle at the faith based homeless day center, who told me she’d meet at the faith-based homeless day shelter on Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. to go to treatment for fentanyl and crack addiction.
I let everybody know that I’ll be leaving my position. A lot of people were sad and really enjoyed having me around. This has been the hottest week so far this year, the temperature is reaching up to 98 degrees Fahrenheit.
I left work around 4:30 p.m. and I drove to my girlfriend’s apartment in Lowell. My lungs have been getting steadily worse since I’ve been vaping. When I arrived at my girlfriend’s apartment, I asked her if she still had the nicotine pouches. He said she did and I asked her if she would let me take some. This is the day I began using nicotine pouches instead of vaping, because my lungs cannot take it.
I spent the rest of the night with my girlfriend. I have committed to spending more time with her before I hit the road again.
Tonight was the night the Celtics won they’re 18th championship and they won it on home court!
I did not watch the game. I do not watch sports very often, but it was a big win for Massachusetts!
