Identify Society Homeless 366 10/21/23 Day 21, Saturday, Northshore MA

10/21/23 Day 21, Saturday, Northshore MA

7:00 a.m. I wake up. I slept well. My body feels better I’ve been in some pain in my back and in my knees from the pack and riding the bike. It rained most of the day yesterday, and it’s been raining all night. I do some work on the media platforms some uploading of videos. I’m looking forward to Handball at Nine this morning.

8:15 a.m. I head over to Walmart to get a bike rack for the bike. The road bike that was donated to me by Mary is very light. But there’s not a lot of space to put stuff on. I need a little back rack so I can strap stuff there occasionally.

8:50 a.m. I leave Walmart to go to play handball with my friends at LA fitness in Malden. This is therapy for me We play every Saturday we’ve been doing so for about 4 years. I see my friends Pat, Mike, Neff, Dennis, Carlos, and a new guy shows up named Matt. We play small ball four wall and Matt is a really good player. It’s good for me because it helps me develop my game. I do a short video with Carlos. We have a good conversation about Homelessness and handball.

The Don of Handball

11:00 a.m. I leave LA fitness to head back to my friend’s house so that I can work on completing the blog. My mother calls me, she says she had gone out to see some friends and she has a life. I asked her what she’s up to now and she said, “nothing.” So I headed over there for a visit. Per usual Mr Charlie is really excited to see me. I go through some of my mail and have a nice visit with my mother. From there I head back to my friend’s house to work on the blog and organize.

1:00 p.m. The rain continues I work on the blog and I set up for my first live on YouTube. This is all new territory for me.The rest of the day is mostly dull. I hang out at my friend’s house. The rain continues.

9:00 p.m. I end up doing my live. A few people watch. It’s just me talking and explaining a little bit about my experiences being homeless in Boston. After the live I had to fix the live streams on YouTube to be public and now I understand a little bit better how to utilize the Live feed service on YouTube. I don’t really have anywhere else to go so once again I stay at my friend’s apartment. This whole project is a constant stream of learning how to adapt. Tomorrow I head to Framingham.
