My girlfriend and I woke up early around 7:00 a.m. She was mad at me the other day for leaving without saying goodbye and going to the Karen Read court date without her. I decided to go with her this time. She was very excited and wore her Free Karen Read dress.
We arrived at the courthouse parking lot around 8:30 a.m. and we set up some chairs at the buffer zone 200 yards from the courthouse.
We had a great day with fellow Karen Read supporters. Today was the day that the defense rested their case after only 3 days of witnesses. The Commonwealth paraded 68 witnesses that had nothing to do with John O’Keefe’s murder over a period of 8 weeks. It was a despicable charade.
My girlfriend and I left in the early afternoon. We took a drive to Canton and we drove by 34 Fairview road, the house where John O’Keefe was murdered, allegedly by Brian Albert, his nephew Colin Albert, and possibly Brian Higgins.
We left 34 Fairview road and we drove back to my girlfriend’s apartment where I spent the night. I got all my gear ready so that I could leave early in the morning and take trains back to Dedham where I would be waiting for a verdict with an army of Karen Read supporters and Anti-corruption advocates.
