I woke up at my girlfriend’s apartment around 7:30 a.m.
I got my stuff together to go play handball with the fellas. Outside my girlfriend’s apartment at the gas station I saw a truck with a trailer, that had an old 1968 Shelby Cobra Mustang on it. I had to take some pictures.
As always I had a great time with the guys getting some good games in. It wasn’t as hot this week as it was last week. I played with Mike and we won one pivotal game and it was hard for us to get back up.
After handball I drove back to my girlfriend’s apartment. She spent the day working on school papers. I helped her a little bit. She is about to graduate with her bachelors and social work. I watched the rest of The Fall of the House of Usher. I really love this show and I believe it’s probably one of the best I’ve watched in a long time. It was really well done. The filming was excellent, the acting was phenomenal, the dialogue was incredible, and the mixing of themes with today’s evil of the pharmaceutical companies and Edgar Allan Poe really took me there. It also had cross themes to my own life considering that I had built an affinity for the Worthen Street Cafe, the birthplace of the Raven by Edgar Allan Poe.
